What exactly is the MD Ceramic Prep

Hi
May I know what exactly is the MD Ceramic Prep (comes with MD Ceramic 600 Premium Kit).
Is it a sealant remover, or polish, or both?
I have a layer of Autoglym EGP sealant on my car.
Is the MD Ceramic Prep able to remove the sealant?
Do I need to rinse it and do a IPA wipe-down after using MD Ceramic prep?
